Step 1: Open Netscape.

Step 2: From the Tasks menu, choose Mail. In Netscape 7, select the Window menu, followed by Mail & Newsgroup.

Step 3:In the Mail window, click the Edit menu and select Mail and Newsgroup Account Settings.

Step 4: Click New Account. In Netscape 7, select Add Account.

Step 5: Select ISP or email provider. In Netscape 7, select Email account.

Step 6: Click the Next button.

Step 7: In the Your Name field, type your full name.

Step 8: In the Email Address field, type your email address (as shown in the table below) :

Step 9: Click the Next button.

Step 10: Click the down arrow on the Server Type drop-down list and choose POP Mail Server.

Step 11: In the Server Name field in the Incoming Server area, type your incoming mail server (as shown in the table below) :

Step 12: In the Server Name field in the Outgoing (SMTP) Server area, type your outgoing mail server (as shown in the table below) :

Step 13: Click the Next button.

 

Step 14: In the User Name field, type your email address (as shown in the table below) :

Step 15: Click the Next button.

Step 16: In the Account Name field, type Ideal Access.

Step 17: Click the Next button.

Step 18: Click the Finish button.

Step 19: Next, click the Outgoing Server (SMTP) item in the categories to the left.

Step 20: Ensure there is a checkmark in User name and password, and enter your username (as shown in the table below) in the User Name field.
