Step 1: Open Outlook.
Step 2: From the "Tools" menu select
"E-mail Accounts".

Step 3: Select "Add a new e-mail account",
and click "Next".

Step 4: Select "POP3", and click
"Next".

Step 5: In the "Your Name" field,
type your name.

Step 6: In the "E-mail Address"
field, type your email address (as shown in the table below).

Step 10: In the "Password" field,
type your e-mail password.
Step 11: Click the "More Settings"
button.
Step 12: Select the "Outgoing Server"
tab.

Step 13: Place a checkmark in "My outgoing server
(SMTP) requires authentication".
Step 14: Ensure that "Use same settings as
my incoming mail server" is selected.
Step 15: Click "OK".
Step 16: Click the "Next" button.
Step 17: Click the "Finish" button.
