Step 1: Open Outlook Express.
Step 2: Click the "Tools" menu,
and select "Accounts".
Step 3: Click on "Add" and choose
"Mail".
Step 4: Type in your full name and click
on "Next".
Step 5: Type in your e-mail address (as shown
in the table below) and click on "Next".

Step 6: Ensure that POP3 is selected. Type
in the incoming mail server (as shown in the table below) and
outgoing mail server (as shown in the table below) and click
on "Next".

Step 7: Type in your username (as shown in
the table below) and your password and click "Next".

Step 8: Click on "Finish".
Step 9: Double-click on the account you have just created.
Step 10: Select the Servers tab.
Step 11: Under the Outgoing Mail Server
section at the bottom of the window, place a checkmark in "My
server requires authentication".
Step 12: Click OK.
Step 13: Click Close.
