Step 1: Start the Internet Setup Wizard (inetwiz). To do so, click "Start" and select "Run". Type in "inetwiz", and then click "OK".

Step 2: Select "I want to set up my Internet connection manually" and then click "Next".

Step 3: Select "Connect using my phone line", then click "Next".

Step 4: Enter your local access number, as well as the area code (if required), and any codes needed (such as *70, to turn off call waiting or 9 to reach an outside line) in the "Telephone number" box. Be sure to uncheck "Dial using the area code and country code" and click "Next".

Step 5: Enter your username (as shown in the table below) and password and click "Next".

Step 6: Name the new connection "Ideal".

This will help you distinguish between connections if you have several. Then, click "Next".

Step 7: Select "Yes" when asked if you want to set up an Internet mail account. Then, click "Next".

Step 8: Type in your name and click on "Next".

Step 9: Type in your e-mail address (as shown in the table below) and click on "Next".

Step 10: Type in the incoming mail server (as shown in the table below) and outgoing mail server (as shown in the table below) and click on "Next".

Step 11: Type in your username (as shown in the table below) and your password and click on "Next".

Step 12: Click "Finish".

Congratulations, you have successfully set up your Internet connection!

Step 13: To complete your email configuration, please refer to the email configuration instructions for your specific email client.
