Configuration > Mail (OS X)

Step 1: Open Mail by clicking the stamp
icon on the dock.
Step 2: Click the Mail menu, followed by
Preferences.
Step 3: Click Create Account.
Step 4: Enter the information as follows:
- Description: Enter "Ideal Access"
- Email Address: Enter your e-mail address
(as shown in the table below):

- SMTP User: Enter your e-mail address (as

Step 5: Click the Account Options tab.
Step 6: Place a checkmark in the first 3 items.
Step 7: Click OK.
Step 8: Close Mail Preferences.
