In order to send mail properly, you will need to use Outlook Express 5.03 or
later.
Step 1: Open Outlook Express
Step 2: Select the Tools menu, followed by
Accounts.
Step 3: Select the Mail tab.
Step 4: Click New.
Step 5: Enter your full name in "Display Name".
Click the right arrow to proceed.
Step 6: Enter your e-mail address (as shown
in the table below) , and click the right arrow to proceed.

Step 9: Click the right arrow to continue.
Step 10: In the Account ID, enter the first
part of your e-mail address (before the "@" symbol).
Step 11: Enter your password in the second
field, and click the right arrow to continue.
Step 12: Name the account Ideal, and click
Finish.
Step 13: Double-click the account you have just created in
the Account window.
Step 14: Click the area marked "Click here
for advanced sending options".
Step 15: Place a checkmark in SMTP server requires
authentication. Close the window.
Step 16: Click OK.
