Configuration > Outlook Express 4.0 and 4.5

Important: Ideal Access requires that your username and password
be sent to the outgoing mail (SMTP) server. Outlook Express 4.0 and 4.5 do not
support this functionality, and you will therefore only be able to receive mail.
We recommend upgrading to Outlook Express 5.03 or later to solve this problem.
Step 1: Open Outlook Express.
Step 2: Select "Edit" followed by "Preferences".
Step 3: Configure the settings as follows:
Account Information:
- Full Name: Your name
- E-mail address: Your e-mail address (as shown in the table
below):
